International Women’s Day pairs beautifully with clay. In early 20th-century Britain, ceramic pioneer Dora Billington didn’t just teach pottery; she helped transform it into modern studio art and built a bold career as a creative entrepreneur. Quite radical for her time. Clay seems to like brave hands. Today I’m grateful to mark the day with Women in Enterprises and NatWest Bank.
