Service Description

In this cheese platter workshop, you’ll embark on a creative journey starting with raw clay—just a simple lump of earth waiting to become something uniquely yours. You’ll begin by rolling out the clay into a flat slab, giving you a blank canvas. From there, you’ll shape and mold it into an organic form that fits your style—whether you want a sleek modern platter or something with playful curves to hold cheeses, grapes, or other treats. This process is all about you. There’s no mass production here—every single platter will reflect your personal touch. Whether you’re imagining it as a centerpiece at a family gathering or a companion to a solo cheese adventure, the platter will be a piece of you. As you shape the clay, we’ll guide you through techniques to create spaces for different cheeses or perhaps a little nook for crackers or fruit. Every step is done from scratch, so there’s no right or wrong—just your vision taking shape. Once your form is ready, we’ll add some color. You’ll have the opportunity to apply a little decorative glaze—soft hues or bold accents, whatever speaks to you. Throughout, the atmosphere will be relaxed and easygoing, with gentle guidance and plenty of time to enjoy the process. In the end, you’ll walk away with a functional, beautiful cheese platter that’s truly one-of-a-kind—crafted by your hands, from raw clay to finished piece.
